The time needed to prepare orders varies. Retail kits are shipped next business day. Bulk orders will be emailed processing times.

Custom and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping or customs.

Broken Items

Soapstone has natural seams, we pull any that we feel that would weaken the sculpture. Some seams are just veins of beautiful change in color that will add to the beauty of your carving.

Due to the fragility of soapstone, sometimes damage can occur during shipping, any damaged items will be replaced free of cost. We use utmost care in packaging to prevent any breakage.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
